Warrant Recall

Bench warrants are typically issued when you fail to appear in court after being notified to do so. Addressing a bench warrant right away greatly increases the chances of the warrant being recalled. This shows the judge and court that you take your freedom, criminal record, and the court’s time seriously.

If you missed a court date and a bench warrant has been issued for your arrest, we can explain to the judge why you didn’t appear (or arrived late) to court on your trial date. We can file a motion to have the warrant converted to a summons (Motion to Recall Warrant), as well as negotiate with prosecutors to allow you to await trial from home, not jail.

Contact us immediately if you have failed to appear in court.
